Test Analyst
Are you meticulous, analytical & methodical with an eye for detail, if so we would love to hear from you. LalPac, the market leader in Local Authority Licensing Administration software partnering over 120 local authorities, expanding and is looking to appoint a Test Analyst to start as soon as possible. Applicants must be able to manage their own workload efficiently and be flexible in both attitude and work patterns. You will be working within the Development Team on product and user acceptance testing to establish and ensure quality of product and release. A background in licensing is desirable but not essential for this role but you will need to have proven experience as a Test Analyst. Product Awareness Co-ordinator
Are you a good customer focused communicator with an interest in IT? Are you interested in product design and development? then we would like to hear from you LalPac, the market leader in Local Authority Licensing Administration software partnering over 120 local authorities is looking to appoint a Product Awareness Co-ordinator to start as soon as possible. Applicants must be able to manage their own workload efficiently and be flexible in both attitude and work patterns. This is a pivotal inter-departmental role responsible for establishing and maintaining communication relating to Product development both internal and customer. You will be responsible for the specification process, liaising with the Test Team and enabling the smooth deployment and release of our software including training, demonstrations and customer related activity.
