REGIONAL CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGER

LalPac, the market leader in LA licensing Administration software partnering over 120 local authorities is looking to appoint further Regional Customer Account Managers to an established team.
Applicants must be able to manage their own workload efficiently and be flexible in both attitude and work patterns - there will be no such thing as daily routine! Drive, enthusiasm and a passion for exceptional customer service are essential elements in this demanding yet fulfilling role.
Applicants will be expected to continue to support our existing customers and to promote LalPac software. Applicants should be car drivers as they will be expected to travel extensively and occasionally stay overnight away from home.
The division of responsibility for different geographical areas will depend to some extent on the location of the successful applicants as they will be based at and work from their own homes.
A background in licensing is desirable but not essential for this role.

To be able to manage and lead projects delivering to deadlines and within budget.
