LalPac Signatures
Users asked us for a facility to insert signatures automatically into documents
and templates printed from LalPac and we have provided an easy-to-use option
with the LalPac Signature feature.
All you need to do is provide clear specimens of the signatures you wish
to use and we will create a LalPac Signature file containing those signatures.
The file will be in True Type Font format, which you can then install as a
Font within Windows.
Compared to the alternative of using a scanned-in signature image, a LalPac
Signature file: -
- Is more efficient and flexible
- Uses up to 50 times less space on your computer
- Lets documents print far more quickly - very important if you share a
printer or print large numbers of licences
- Reduces on-line time for you to send (or an applicant to receive) emailed
documents
- Lets you change the size of the signature to suit individual documents
without any loss of definition
- Can print your signature in as many different colours as your printer
will allow
- Lets you set up your database to print the signature of the user who is currently
logged in
A single LalPac Signature file can hold up to 52 signatures. This is the
simplest, most versatile, cost effective approach.

- Different versions of one person's signature count as separate signatures
e.g. first name plus surname; initials plus surname; first name only.
- If preferred, separate files can be created for different uses.
