To facilitate the transfer of large amounts of data to and from LalPac, LalPac operate an FTP server. The IP address of the LalPac FTP server is 81.168.65.3.
For security reasons a login name and password are required to access this server. If accessing for the first time or if your password has expired, please contact LalPac for your login name and / or password. In the interests of security all files will automatically be deleted after 10 days and passwords are automatically changed on a regular basis.

Before connecting to the LalPac ftp server, change your local drive and directory from the current default drive and directory to the drive and directory you wish to either upload a file from or download a file to e.g.
Next connect to the LalPac ftp server
If your connection is successful you will receive the following prompt:
Enter your login name (NB case sensitive!)
If your login name is valid you will receive the following prompt:
Enter your passsword and press Return.
If your login name is invalid you will receive the following prompt:
Type 'bye' and go back to the start of the instructions.

To upload the file to LalPac, change directory to "incoming"
Use 'put' to upload the file:
Once you have completed the file upload please email support@lalpac.com to advise them the file is now available.
To download a file from LalPac:
Change directory to 'outgoing'
