Bar Codes
What is it?
A way to electronically "stamp" your documents and automatically link them to the original records in your database.
How does it work?
Barcodes are now a standard feature of new LalPac licence templates and can be added to older templates if you wish.
With an automatic barcode generator in your templates, all the licences you
issue will be bar-coded. The records associated
with the licence can then be easily retrieved from the database simply by scanning the barcode.
We can supply inexpensive barcode readers - just contact our Chippenham office
for process and availability.
What are the benefits?
